This week we HAVE to talk about the pizza at Tannin's Wine Bar & Tapas Restaurant in Corpus Christi Texas! WOW is it good! I had a moment to visit with the chef last Friday who told me his secret to the amazing flavor of their signature margherita pizza is the use of a premium aged balsamic vinegar on top. Next question I have now is for a wine pairing. Any suggestions? I'll post the results.
